Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

This post was sponsored by Fresh From Florida as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central, however, all opinions expressed are my own.

Two of my favorite things in this world are strawberries and cream cheese.

Since I was little my mom and I would make this recipe for my birthdays and now It’s my go-to party dish. During the Holidays it’s always the first thing we make while baking and the first thing to be licked clean.  This is my Cream Cheese Fruit Dip! It only has two ingredients and tastes best with Fresh From Florida Strawberries.

Strawberries are currently in season in Florida and I couldn’t resist finally sharing my best kept secret with you guys. I personally think this recipe goes best with strawberries because they make the perfect dipping vessel for scooping all the dip. LOL.

TIP: When it comes to creating dishes, I always love to use the freshest ingredients possible. Create dishes around what is currently in season – that way, you can ensure it’s going to taste the best possible. Florida farmers make it really easy for everyone to eat fresh, just look for the Fresh From Florida label year-round.

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip:

2 blocks (16oz) Original Cream Cheese

7oz Marshmallow Fluff

Fresh From Florida Strawberries

  1. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature
  2. Mix Original Cream Cheese with Marshmallow Fluff
  3. THAT’S IT

Seriously. Two ingredients and the outcome is creamy sweet goodness. This recipe can really be tweaked to your liking, however I always go by this ratio because I love the taste of cream cheese more than marshmallow fluff.

One of my major goals for 2019 is to feel confident in the kitchen – especially since becoming a home owner. So, I’m excited to show you guys some of my hidden talents in the kitchen while also learning new recipes and techniques.
