So, I figured I’d let you in on exactly how I get my fix daily. The easiest way for me is to make them part of my daily routine. I need to eat breakfast, obvi, so making it into a really quick and easy smoothie just makes sense.

Chocolate Collagen Smoothie:
2 Scoops of Vital Proteins Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Collagen
1 Tblsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
I try to make things as easy as possible for myself.. I use a NutriBullet to blend all of these ingredients and go. 9 times out of 10 I’m running out the door so I just grab a straw and put it in the blender cup … You know you do too.
Let’s get scientific:
The collagen I am using has protein, hyaluronic acid ( for your skin!) & prebiotics in it. So, you’re getting sooo many benefits by adding this to your smoothies.
I add peanut butter to this for added taste. I add a banana because probiotics need prebiotics to flourish and guess what? you can get prebiotics from bananas! & I add chia seeds for extra fiber because, duh.
