I’m sure you already know that Wedding season is well underway. You know, that time of year where everyone and their mother want to get married?! I attended a wedding over the weekend and have another one to get ready for in about one week. This season can be super overwhelming for me, because I have a super packed schedule.  However, I  will always make time for friends and family, I just have to pay a little more attention to myself.

When things get hectic for me, I tend to forget to take care of myself. I get consumed by, in this case, finding a dress, choosing the right gift, making sure I shave my legs, being camera ready and all the things in between that my brain just goes into a downward spiral. I know that I’m not alone so, I wanted to give you just a few tips on how I get through this season and busy seasons alike.

water: This should just be a  no brainer. I can sometimes feel like a brand new person after drinking a bottle of water. If nothing else, don’t forget to stay hydrated your body will seriously thank you.

masks: There is nothing better than a few eye masks that you’ve just taken from the refrigerator and placed under your eyes. This is a good tip for right before you’re about to attend your function, as it will just bring life back into your tired face.

alone time: I am such a Cancer, that this should be number one for me on this list. When I know I’m going to be busy, I need to make sure I have double the amount of alone time (it’s sickening). I most def get my energy from being alone. Remember to take it easy leading up to a big event, take a bath or lay in bed until you have to exert all that energy.

vitamins: you probably know by now that I’m huge on vitamins, so this should come as no surprise. I love to take all my vitamins especially, Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies because it helps support cellular energy production in my body †. They are delicious cherry and mixed berry flavors with verification from USP for purity and potency – so you know they are legit! The USP tests the gummy vitamins for purity and potency so you get the assurance that the vitamins provide the nutrients you seek. Nature Made® Adult Gummies is “a gummy you can trust”.  Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies contain 1000 mcg vitamin B12 per serving – and you can def tell the difference!

Great tips! I am definitely going to need these tips next year. I have 3 family weddings that require long distance travel for them all.

Water + alone time 100%. They are essential, but you’re right — sometimes I forget about drinking enough water!
