Grape Juice Detox

Grape Juice Detox

One thing I always look forward to after coming home, is my Apple Cider Vinegar drink. I absolutely love the energy I get from it.

I usually experiment with different things to add to it to get rid of that bitter taste and have been LOVING adding it to my juices lately.

I’ve discovered that using Welch’s 100% Grape Juice it the best taste, ever. I’m all about health & it helps that Welch’s is great for an overall heart-healthy lifestyle (and a really good way to get your fruit in your diet!). Plus there is no added sugar (#winning).

Not only does this taste amazing, it’s amazing for your health as well! Give it a try!

Grape Juice Detox:

1 cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
2 tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil ( optional)

Combine over ice, add a paper straw & enjoy!

OMG! I must try this! I drink apple cider vinegar to help resist germs from common sicknesses and I will tell you that it is hard to drink.

I’m one of those people who happens not to mind the ACV, but it sounds interesting. I love Welch’s grape juice, so this will be easy for me to try. Usually I put 2 tbs ACV (I use Bragg’s because it is raw and unfiltered) , 1 tbs of a local honey in a glass of water. The local honey will have pollen’s from various plants in the area, and helps build up you resistance to allergies. But, I will try it with the juice for a change of pace. 🙂

Love the idea of hiding the ACV in a juice. Will definitely try this!

We make our own grape juice every year and plus we make apple cider vinegar. I take two teaspoons every morning but this drink sounds wonderful and combines what we love.

What a great combination. I know that apple cider vinegar is great for you but it’s hard to take it alone.

Juice detoxes are nonsense. If you like juice, fine. But all your body needs to “detox” is water and your liver/kidneys. Eat whole fruits and veggies instead.
