Some of you may have noticed by now, I have a major thing for beauty products. Specially when they come to my hair and nails. I also have a major thing for vitamins, if you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that too. I have developed a beauty routine over the years and it all starts with this: VITAMINS.

Insert: Glow by Nature Made®

When focusing on my beauty routine, I like to mostly focus on my skin and my nails. I have had dry skin my entire life and it’s been so hard to find the right products for my skin. I use oils, moisturizers all of it, but you I always need a little extra.

I have naturally long nail beds and healthy nails, but all those gel manicures will take a toll on them. Specially if you peel them off like I do ( my bad habit ). Glow by Nature Made® contains biotin, which may help support healthy nails†.

I love taking my vitamins because I know there are a lot of nutrients I am missing day to day.

I’m also very lazy and sometimes skip any moisturizing process during my routine, I love knowing I am still getting the nutrients necessary to help maintain my skins suppleness. Glow by Nature Made® contains Ceramosides® , which helps with skin smoothness, firmness and suppleness for adults with dry skin†.

I really should get into a habit of taking vitamins. Two pregnancies close together have changed my skin so much!
