3 Tips to Stay Fit During the Holidays + My First YouTube Video!

Fit During Holidays

Guys. I did a thing. I started a YouTube Channel. WHAT?! Like, seriously… what?!

If you know me personally, growing up I was SO shy around people I wasn’t completely comfortable with. But, there has always been so much to me that I was passionate about and too afraid to show it. Now, I’m putting my life on the internet in my blog and social channels and starting YouTube Channel.

One thing I’m super passionate about is getting in my daily exercise. Whatever that may look like. My personal favorite exercises are the ones that can be done in 30 minutes or less with little to no weights – just body weight. SO I teamed up with Courtnie Wysong, a Fitness (GURU) Trainer, Wellness enthusiast and Blogger of CourtnieWysong.com to bring you guys a workout that can be done anywhere! We’ve got video evidence of the fact that I actually workout (LOL JK) as well as a Free Printable  for you guys to print out and follow along!

You guys can find Courtnie on her blog or on her Instagram, where I keep up with her daily. Don’t forget to check her out for more wellness tips and tricks!

So, what do you guys think?

At my age walking is a big thing for me. Plus we heat with wood so my weight training is hauling in wood everyday for the wood stove. Just staying active and busy .

Great tips! I really need these this holiday season. I have worked hard to loose not only the baby weight (my 2nd is 1 now) from both pregnancies, but also 15 additional lbs and I don’t want to risk regaining it.
