Yay the holidays are so close!! It is one of my favorite times of the year! Not just because we finally get some cool weather in Florida, but because it’s time to spend with my family. Most of my family is lactose intolerant, but cannot give up that coffee and creamer! So I decided to make them the perfect holiday alternative. A non-dairy coconut pumpkin creamer using Silk® Coconutmilk!

Silk® has always been my go-to milk even during the busy holidays! In fact, every morning I drink my coffee with no sugar and Silk® Coconutmilk!

Pumpkin anything is huge in my family. Coffee is even bigger in my family. So, I know they will appreciate this sweet treat!

Mmm Silk Coconut milk is my favorite! I either buy that or the Almond/Coconut Milk every week for smoothies and cereal. So good!
