3 Ways to Avoid Being Hangry With Lean Pockets!

Hungry and angry – We all know what it’s like! Being hangry is SO not good for creatives!

If you’re anything like me, you’re working a full-time job and trying to make your dreams come true on the side. It’s a time sucker,  energy sucker and brain sucker – right?! A sucker in the best way, but you may be so focused on your dreams that you forget to eat. Luckily, Lean Pockets has you covered! Today, we are going to look at 3 ways I like to avoid becoming hangry!


 

First,

Drink water! No brainer, right?! I always have to tell myself “you’re not hungry, you’re just thirsty!”. Water instantly changes your mood! I aim for about 1 gallon of water a day. 

Best practice when you are trying to figure out how much water you bring is to take your body weight and divide it in half. That will be how many ounces of water you should drink daily.

Third, 

Since we took care of the hungry part, lets talk about the angry part. Exercise! I am not expert on health and fitness, but I can tell you from personal experience, exercise is sure way to take your mood from drab to fab ( yeah, I just said that).

    I haven’t tried the jalapeño one, sounds good! I take the broccoli turkey lean pocket to work a lot!
